1. The Centre has finalized the Transfer of Technology (ToT) for the indigenously developed HANSA-3 Next Generation (NG) trainer aircraft.
  2. HANSA-NG is a two-seater, ab-initio trainer aircraft designed for Commercial Pilot License (CPL) training.
  3. It was designed and developed by CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), Bengaluru.
  4. The aircraft supports pilot training and enhances India’s self-reliance in aviation training infrastructure.
