    • January 10 was chosen as the date for the launch because it is celebrated as World Hindi Day, marking the first World Hindi Conference held in 1975 in Nagpur, India.
    • The day is observed globally to encourage the use of Hindi as a medium of communication and to celebrate its rich linguistic and cultural heritage.
