  3. Supreme Court Initiative (2009): In 2009, the Supreme Court decided to voluntarily publish judges’ asset declarations on its official website, though this has not been uniformly followed.
  4. Call for Legal Mandate: A Parliamentary Committee has recommended enacting a law to make asset declarations by judges mandatory, aiming for greater transparency and accountability in the judiciary.
